Simon Griffiths is a leading garden and food photographer and his work has appeared in countless books and magazines. Highlights include Stephanie Alexander’s Cooking & Travelling in South-West France (which won "Best French Cuisine book in the World", and "Best Cookbook of the Year in English" at the 2002 World Cookbook Awards in Perigueux, France), Kylie Kwong’s My China and Paul Bangay’s Garden Design Handbook. Simon is based in country Victoria and -- when he’s not working on the swag of brand new food, travel and gardening titles currently in the pipeline -- you’ll often find him pottering around his own impressive garden.
